Having been a customer since the start of CCP due to ongoing problems (not their fault), I can honestly say that in all that time I have always been amazed at the commitment and professionalism of the staff from reception to treatment. I felt apprehensive and embarrassed when I sought help with pelvic floor exercises, but Mandy put me at ease; asked me questions about my problem and decided on a course action. With lots of encouragement and many laughs, I've made good progress and doing my exercises at home has become part of my daily routine.

My husband had a stroke last year and found himself confined to a wheelchair, unable to walk. Now after several months he is able to take a few steps, supported by a rollator. The Physiotherapists are very pleasant and enthusiastic, who give out a lot of encouragement with easy to follow instructions.

CCP is a clean and organised Practice, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The waiting room is tidy and the treatment rooms are clean and organised. I would definitely recommend for treatment.
