Our Personal Training Service is a very friendly and professional service with the latest exercise advice and techniques for those who just want to get started or for those who require the motivation to exercise regularly in a very safe, controlled and progressive way.
It can be for those who want to lose weight for medical or personal reasons and you just do not how or where to get started or for those who are well versed in exercise but require assistance to achieve another level or to train for something quite specific such as a marathon or triathlon.
We have excellent exercise facilities with pre exercise assessments and regular monitoring as part of the service.
It does not matter what level of fitness you have our service suits everyone no matter size, age or gender. Our Clients always achieve fantastic results.
